So far so good. By tge end of the day all outer skin holes had been drilled to #40 size. I ran out of Clecos by then.
There were probably 500-600 holes and they all have to be drilled to their final size later!
The kit was with pre drilled skins that have been assembled in a jig at the factory. Then it is temporarily riveted enough to retain its alignment. It is then separated into two halves for shipping
This is the front half with the seats layed in place for scale.
This is the back section. It comprises the cargo area to the tail cone.
